A studio built on coherence and science

EROSOMA is a visual and spatial design studio founded on the belief that identity, space, and objects form a single language.

We do not treat graphic design and interior design as separate disciplines.
We see them as different expressions of the same system - one conceptual structure, articulated across media, scale, and material.

Our work is informed by neuroarchitecture, the study of how environments affect cognition, emotion, and behavior, and by biophilic design, which recognizes the innate human connection to nature.

These principles guide our decisions at every scale, from visual systems to spatial layouts and material choices.

Our work begins before form and extends beyond aesthetics.

Our position

EROSOMA operates as a design laboratory rather than a production studio.

We investigate how identity is perceived, how space is experienced, and how meaning is constructed through visual and spatial decisions.
Each project is approached as a system to be clarified, not a surface to be decorated.

We work slowly, deliberately, and with intention.
Reduction is a core part of our process.

Selectivity

EROSOMA works with a limited number of clients.

We accept projects only when creative freedom is present, the client values depth, rigor, and long-term vision, and/or the brief allows for systemic thinking rather than fragmented execution.

We decline projects that require superficial outcomes, predefined aesthetics, or partial involvement.

This selectivity is essential to the quality of our work.

AI & Authorship

We use artificial intelligence as a research and analytical tool. It supports investigation, references, and early-stage exploration.

All creative decisions—conceptual, visual, spatial, and material—are developed and authored by the studio. Creativity requires intent, responsibility, and judgment. These cannot be automated.

We DO NOT subsidize creativity.
Authorship matters.

Our method

Every project begins with questions.

We study context, culture, function, and intent before producing form.
We design from structure outward, ensuring that each decision reinforces the coherence of the whole.

When a solution is visually compelling but conceptually weak, we discard it.
When identity and spatial convenience are in tension, we prioritize identity and redesign the system.

We do not compromise clarity for speed.

Our Team

Paloma Magistrati

Founder and Owner - Spatial and Interior Design Direction

Paloma leads Erosoma with a background in interior and spatial design informed by scientific research. She holds a PhD in Environmental Chemistry and worked for many years as an environmental consultant, focusing on pollution reduction within heavy industry. This experience shapes her method: every project is approached analytically, with attention to measurable impact, human well-being, and long-term responsibility.

Alongside her scientific training, Paloma holds a professional diploma in interior design. Her work integrates principles of neuroarchitecture and biophilic design, using space, materiality, and light to support clarity, comfort, and cognitive balance. Interiors are conceived as systems of experience—grounded in research, resolved through design, and expressed with restraint.

Eros works on visual identity and graphic language, shaping how brands are perceived through typography, composition, and image-making. He graduated from the Comics School in Milan, where he developed a personal and distinctive graphic approach rooted in visual storytelling. His education was further refined through a number of specialized courses, deepening his understanding of graphic design, typography, and visual systems.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the graphic industry, his work is informed by a deep interest in pop art, modern art, and the graphic and typographic culture of the 1960s and 1970s. An avid movie lover, he brings a cinematic sensibility to his work, influencing rhythm, framing, and visual narrative. This background translates into visual systems that are expressive yet controlled, combining clarity, structure, and a strong sense of authorship.
